Each round, four players are paired from the ladder and you have two weeks to schedule and play. You play one game with each player in your pairing, so 3 games to 15.
Hopefully this a flexible option for us. Play during rounds when you're around, opt out when you're not available. No need for us to schedule large blocks of courts or wrangle 12-20 players.
