PB Ladders was built by a single developer and is free to use. Using it means agreeing to these few things.
Be a real person and use your own name. One account each, and you must be 16 or older to have one; a younger player can play on a parent's account.
Report scores honestly. Turn up for matches you agreed to, or say early if you cannot. Be decent in threads. Organizers run their own ladders: they set the rules, pick the format, and can remove a player from their ladder.
What you write stays yours. You give us permission to show it on the ladder it belongs to.
We can suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms or makes the site worse for others. We will say why. The site is offered as it is, with no promises about uptime, and we are not liable for what happens on a court.
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
